Our business was founded with the vision of providing care to our service users unhindred by time
constraints. We pride ourselves on a work force that reflects the society and are able to speak a number of languages
to include;
English, Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi, Pahari, Bengali, Polish.
All members of the care teams are regularly trained and are well versed in cultural and religious
needs of our service users.
Charges
We can agree on a payment plan either a uniform rate at all times or an hourly rate to reflect
times and days.
We are able to provide from 30 minutes check calls to 24 hours care. Our typical hourly rate
is £12.50, additional amount may be charged to reflect excessive travelling time
The Carers
The Staff selected by us for your care are fully trained, most with many years experience.
All are encouraged and funded to undertake further training at local colleges.
For your safety and security, our carers are fully vetted by the Police and Department of Health
[ CRB enhanced level and PoVA ]. No carer is permited to undertake any work untill satisfactory references are obtained.
All carers will attend upon you in our company uniform and be wearing an identification badge.
How we provide care
We, often in conjunction with your social worker, carry out an assessment of your needs.
Your participation in the service package is welcomed. At this stage we will discuss duration and frequency of the care,
your convenience will be a major factor in making this decision
